Last Wednesday February 26th the Legion Mary Praesidium: Mary Help of Christians, members of our Parish witness the promise of Maria Munsayac, in a private prayer moment behold their spiritual director Fr Jhoni Chamorro, the rest of the members witnesses the commitment of on their new members. Presents at the celebration were also members of the Legion of Mary: Remedios Fernandez (President), Epi Lardizabal, Milagros de la Torre, Lourdes Salonga, Flor Evangelista, Nena Castillo, Erlinda Ignacio. We invite more people to come and check this group that meet every Wednesday to pray to Mary the Rosary and learn how to serve in the community.

Last Sunday March 2nd at our 11 am Spanish Mass, the Catechumens, those preparing to receive their sacraments of initiation, begin their journey in the first step that prepares them to Holy Saturday, Easter Vigil. Let’s pray as a community for each and one of them.

El pasado domingo 2 de marzo, en nuestra misa de las 11 am, los catecúmenos, aquellos que se preparan para recibir sus sacramentos de iniciación, iniciaron su camino en el primer paso que los prepara para el Sábado Santo, la Vigilia Pascual. Oremos como comunidad por cada uno de ellos.

On Sunday February 23rd two altar servers (Chloe and Clarissa) who didn’t make their promise in January with the rest of the group due vacations, they did it at 9:30 am Mass, Miya Ventura leader of the group in English presented them to the CYM of our Parish to accept their promise for one year in serving the Lord, we congratulate them. Assisting and also as witnesses at the Mass were also Pedro Juarez and Valeria Martinez leaders of the group in Spanish.
